Brothers and sisters:None of us lives for oneself, and no one dies for oneself. For if we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord; so then, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. For this is why Christ died and came to life, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.
God gave us all life so we could live for Him. Our every breath is a gift from God. We need to use those breaths to serve Him and do the best we can.
If we believe in our hearts that we do everything, even the smallest most insignificant thing, for the Lord, He will reward us. He is indeed the Lord of the dead and the living.
No one lives for oneself and no one lives alone – Christ is always there, whether we feel His presence or not. When we don’t feel God’s presence, it’s because we are refusing to let Him in. God never strays from us; it’s always the other way around.
Commit yourself to God and your life will become like His.
